Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative

Customer Engagement Specialist: As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you’ll be the friendly face of our company, assisting clients with inquiries and providing exceptional service. You’ll handle customer interactions via chat, ensuring a seamless experience by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering product insights. Your role involves building rapport, understanding customer needs, and promoting our offerings. With a focus on satisfaction, you’ll contribute to our team’s success by fostering positive relationships and enhancing customer loyalty. Join us to make a difference in every interaction.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
