Remote Chat Moderator: As a Remote Chat Moderator, you’ll engage with customers, providing prompt and friendly assistance for our restaurant’s online inquiries. You’ll manage live chat interactions, addressing questions about menu items, reservations, and delivery options. Your role involves ensuring a seamless customer experience by resolving issues efficiently and maintaining a positive online presence. Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service are essential. Join our team to help create memorable dining experiences from the comfort of your home.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
