Chat Support Specialist (Entry Level / Training): As a vital member of our FinTech team, you will engage with customers through dynamic chat interactions, providing timely and effective solutions. Your role involves understanding customer needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. With a focus on empathy and clarity, you will build trust and foster positive relationships. This position offers growth opportunities and comprehensive training to enhance your skills in the fast-paced world of financial technology.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
