Social Media Virtual Assistant

Social Media Virtual Assistant: As a Social Media Virtual Assistant, you’ll engage with audiences across streaming platforms, ensuring seamless communication and support. You’ll manage inquiries, provide real-time assistance, and foster community interaction. Your role involves monitoring social media channels, responding to comments, and escalating issues when necessary. With a focus on enhancing user experience, you’ll collaborate with team members to implement strategies that boost engagement and brand presence. This entry-level position offers growth opportunities in a dynamic digital environment.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
