Technical Support Specialist (Live Chat / No Phone)

Technical Support Specialist (Live Chat / No Phone): As a dedicated Technical Support Specialist, you’ll provide exceptional assistance to gym members through live chat. Your role involves troubleshooting technical issues, guiding users through our digital platforms, and ensuring seamless experiences. With a focus on empathy and efficiency, you’ll resolve inquiries, escalate complex problems, and contribute to a supportive online community. Your passion for fitness and technology will drive you to deliver top-notch service, enhancing member satisfaction and engagement.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
