Virtual Chat Agent (No Experience): Join our dynamic team as a Virtual Chat Agent, where you’ll provide exceptional support to customers seeking pest control solutions. Engage with clients through live chat, offering guidance, answering inquiries, and scheduling services. No prior experience is needed; we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the knowledge to excel. Bring your enthusiasm, problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping others to create a pest-free environment for our valued customers.
What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.
Contract length: No fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
